Use natural language search in talent discovery

HR admins enter search queries using simple, natural language, similar to a search engine. The system understands search phrases and identifies relevant employees based on the entered criteria.

Examples of search queries

• Managers in Sales
• Python developers in Plant A
• Project manager with agile methodology experience
• Product designer with story telling skills
• UX designer with user research background
• Employees with strong leadership skills

Navigate to Apps > Talent Mobility > Talent Discovery.

1. Enter a search query in the search bar.
2. Press Enter on your keyboard.
3. Review the results ranked by relevance.

You do not need to apply multiple search criteria manually. The system understands the search intent and retrieves relevant results automatically.
