View and export org’s points

Track your organization’s overall points activity, redemptions, rankings, and team statistics from the Rewards app.

Navigate to Apps > Rewards.

1. Select My Org > Overview.
2. View the summary at the top:

• • Points Received: Total points earned by employees.
  • Points Redeemed: Total points used for rewards.
  • Redeemable Points: Total points still available for redemption.

     3.   Review the charts for a visual summary of points activity.

     4.   In the “Org Leaderboard” chart:

• • Click View All to see employees points and ranking.
  • You can export the leaderboard for reporting or analysis.

     5.   View team-level statistics for all managers, including their team’s average earned points, activities, and badges.

Click a team to view its specific activities.

Click My Org and select an employee from the left panel to view their earned points, badges, available points (if your organization enables award points), redeemed points, and leaderboard rank.

• Click the Download icon at the top right.
• Select the desired option: Points Redeemed, Redeemable Points, Points You Awarded, Points Awarded, or Leaderboard.
• Click the Overflow Menu at the top right and select Export.
