View candidates by pipeline readiness statuses
The readiness view displays candidates grouped by their readiness status within a pipeline. It helps you understand how prepared candidates are for future roles and identify gaps in succession readiness.
Access the readiness view
Navigate to Apps > Talent Mobility > Talent Pipelines.
- Open the required pipeline.
- Switch the toggle to Readiness at the top right.
Readiness view components
The readiness view organizes candidates into columns by readiness status. Each readiness column displays readiness status name and candidate count. Individual candidate cards show employee name and role, location, department, business unit, current stage, and quick-action icons. Each candidate card displays the action completion progress when the stage has actions configured.
Understand the readiness view
In the readiness view, candidates are grouped into columns based on their readiness status (for example, Not Ready, Ready in 6 Months, Ready Now).
Each readiness column shows:
- Readiness status name
- Number of candidates in that status
Each candidate card displays:
- Employee name and role
- Location, department, and business unit
- Current status in the pipeline
- Quick action icons
Interact with candidates
You can perform the following actions directly from the readiness view:
- Move candidates between readiness statuses
- Update readiness status and stages
- View candidates details
- Add candidates

Switch views
- Click Stages to view candidates grouped by pipeline stages.
- Switch the toggle to Stages at the top right to view candidates based on stages instead of readiness statuses.
📒Note: Updating readiness does not change the candidate’s stage.
