View candidates by pipeline stage

The pipeline stage view displays candidates organized by stages within a talent pipeline. It helps you track candidate progress, view key details, and take quick actions in one place.

Access the pipeline stage

Navigate to Apps > Talent Mobility > Talent Pipelines.

1. Open the required pipeline.
2. Ensure the Stages toggle is selected at the top right.

Understand the stage

In the stage view, candidates are grouped into columns based on their pipeline stages.

Each stage column shows:

• Stage name
• Number of candidates in that stage

Each candidate card displays:

• Employee name and role
• Location, department, and business unit
• Current stage in the pipeline
• Quick action icons

Interact with candidates

You can perform the following actions directly from the stage view:

• Move candidates between stages
• Update stages and readiness status
• View candidates details
• Add candidates

Switch views

• Switch the toggle to Readiness at the top right to view candidates based on readiness statuses instead of stages.
