View my learning calendar

Learners can view their learning schedule on the calendar. The calendar shows learning items only when the author sets a due date.

Navigate to Apps > Learning > My Learning.

  1. Click the Calendar calendar (2) icon at the top right.

📒Note: If you have permission to manage learnings, the” Assigned by me” tab appears next to “My Learning”.

The calendar displays due dates for:

  • Courses and learning paths with assigned due dates.
  • Instructor-led training if you are registered.

📒Notes:

  • The calendar does not show learning items without a due date.
  • You can only view scheduled learning assigned to you.

The calendar remains empty if:

  • No courses or learning paths are assigned.
  • Assigned courses or learning paths do not have a due date.
  • You are not registered for instructor-led training.
