# View nurture survey reports

View nurture survey reports to review results for individual survey events in a nurture stream.

#### **Access a nurture survey report**

Navigate to **Apps \> Butterfly EI \> Nurture**.

1. Find the survey event you want to review.
2. Click **Report** on the survey event.
3. Review the results in the **Team Map**.

The **Report** option is available for survey events. It is disabled for notification events.

Use **Milestones** to switch between survey events in the stream.

The report opens with the survey name, **View as**, **Time frame**, and **Filters** controls.

### **Apply controls**

Use the controls in the report header to change the report perspective, the survey period, and the filters applied.

##### To view the report as another person:

1. Click **View as**.
2. Under **Perspective**, select a person, such as a manager. By default, the report shows your perspective (**You**).
3. Click **Apply scope**.

##### To change the period:

1. Click **Time frame**.
2. Select a survey occurrence. Use **Group by** to change how occurrences are grouped.
3. Select **Mood score** or **Response** **rate** to compare the results.
4. Click **Apply scope**.

### **Filter the report**

1. Click **Filters** in the report header.
2. Click **Select field** and select an attribute and then select a value, such as Location, Tenure, Age Groups, or Management Level.
3. Select a value for the field.
4. (Optional) To narrow the results further, click **Add nested** to add a condition within the same filter, or **Add filter** to add another filter.
5. Click **Apply scope**.

**ℹ️Additional information:**

- To remove one filter, click **Clear**. To remove all filters, click **Clear all**.
- To reuse these selections later, click **Save scope**.
- Saved scopes appear in the **Saved** tab.
- Apply, edit, duplicate, or delete the saved scopes from the **Saved** tab.
- Recently used scopes appear in the **History** tab.

#### **Review the team map**

The team map shows the results for each team.

1. Search a team by the name.
2. Expand a team to view its sub-teams.

The table includes:

- **Response Rate**
- **Trigger:** Overall mood score for the survey
- **Question scores:** Score for each survey question

Use **Breakdowns** to split the results by a selected attribute.

At the bottom right, turn on **Details** to view the previous score, change indicator, and trend.

### **View a team's report**

Click **Report** for a team to open its detailed report.

The report includes:

- Mood score and previous-period change
- Response and comment counts
- Scores for each survey question
- **Comments** for open-text responses
- **Follow Ups** for follow-up actions recorded for the team

You can also export the team's report.

### **View results over time**

The **Evolution** tab shows the selected event's scores across survey occurrences.

You can:

- Switch between **Mood score** and **Responses**.
- Hide occurrences that do not meet the anonymity threshold.
- Use the navigation arrows to view older occurrences.

The chart uses a 0–10 scale and highlights the selected occurrence.

### **Export a report**

1. Click the **Download** ![undefined-Sep-02-2026-11-02-57-6403-AM](https://help.engagedly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Sep-02-2026-11-02-57-6403-AM.png?width=32&height=30&name=undefined-Sep-02-2026-11-02-57-6403-AM.png) icon in the report header (at the top right) to export the current report view.
2. Select teams to include in the report.
3. Click **Next step**.
4. Define the export scope:

- - Select which sections you want to include in your export.
    - Add the filters and breakdowns to refine your export.

     5.   Click **Next step**.

     6.   Define who you want to send this export to. Use emails separated by commas.

     7.   Select **include yourself in the report**.

     8.   (Optional) Enter the name of the export file.

     9.   Schedule your report: Click **Send Now** or **Send Later**.

    10.   Click **Send**.

You can also click **Export report** in a team's report to export that team's report.

#### **Compare teams**

Choose from your saved scopes, or go to the team table to select specific teams to compare side by side.

1. Select the teams you want to compare and click **Compare**.
2. Select a tab: **Side By Side** or **Table**.

- - **Side By Side** shows a mood-score card for each selected team, including the emoji distribution and trend.
    - **Table** shows the selected teams in a table.
