View performance analytics

The analytics page provides admins and managers with a quick view of all active and past review cycles. It displays the progress of each stage: assign template, shared review, review visible, HR review, and sign-off review.

Admins monitor review progress across the organization. Managers track the completion status of their teams.

Analytics helps you:

• Track review progress.
• Identify pending actions and follow up as required.
• Ensure timely completion of all review activities.

Access analytics

Navigate to Apps > Performance > My Org.

If you are a manager, open the drop-down and select a team.

1. Click Overview from the left pane.
2. Click the Filter icon to filter cycles by status and type.
3. Review the progress of each cycle listed.

Cycle details

Each cycle displays:

• Cycle name, duration, and type.
• Completion percentage for each stage.
• Number of upcoming hire-date and work anniversary reviews due in the next 30 days.

• Use the “Manage” option to open the cycle and perform multiple actions. Learn more in Manage actions in an active performance review cycle.
• Click each stage to complete the required action.
