View the leaderboard

View the leaderboard to see how you rank based on the points and badges you earn. The leaderboard helps you track your performance and recognize top performers across the organization.

The leaderboard displays employee name and email, rank, total points, and earned badges. Leaderboard is available only if admins enable it. Learn more in Enable leaderboards and rankings.

Navigate to Apps > Rewards.

1. On the “My Rewards” page, scroll down to the “Leaderboard” section.
2. Use the filter to select a period: All time, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly.
3. View your rank, total points, and earned badges below the filter.

How rankings work

• Rankings are based on the total points you earn during the selected period.
• Higher points result in a higher rank.
• Rankings update automatically as points are earned or redeemed.
• Employees with the same points share the same rank, and their names are displayed alphabetically on the leaderboard.
