View the pipeline activity log

The pipeline activity log gives admins a chronological record of everything that happens within a talent pipeline, from pipeline setup changes to candidate movement. Use it to track who made a change, what changed, and when.

Navigate to Apps > Talent Mobility > Talent Pipelines.

1. Open a pipeline.
2. Click the Settings icon at the top right.
3. In the left pane, go to Activities.

The log displays entries in reverse chronological order, with the most recent activity at the top.

What the log tracks

The activity log records changes across four areas:

• Pipeline setup (created, edited, or deactivated, plus stages and readiness statuses added, removed, or reordered)
• Candidate membership (candidates added to or removed from the pipeline)
• Stage movement (candidates moved between stages)
• Readiness updates (a candidate's readiness status marked or changed)
