What happens to the goals section in the performance review form after the freeze window ends?

After the configured freeze window ends, the goals section locks automatically for the review form. Employees and managers can no longer add, delete, or modify goals or their weightage. Existing goals and their weightage remain visible in read-only mode, and you can continue the rest of the review, including ratings and comments.
