What if you have already purchased the ADP integration, but the sync is not working?

If your ADP integration sync is not working, try the following:

  • Verify consent in ADP Consent Management
    Ensure you have granted the required consent for Engagedly within ADP’s Consent Management settings.
  • Check the integration setup
    Confirm that the integration is properly configured and all credentials are valid.
  • Contact Support
    If consent is enabled and the sync still does not work, contact Engagedly Support for assistance.
