What is a nurture stream?

A nurture stream helps you track how employees are feeling at specific points in their employee journey rather than on a fixed recurring schedule like a standard pulse. While a pulse sends surveys to everyone on the same cadence, a nurture stream uses milestones tied to an individual date, such as an employee's hire date or birth date.

For example, you can send surveys during an employee's first week, first 90 days, or work anniversary. This helps organizations understand employee sentiment throughout onboarding and tenure, identify concerns early, and take action to improve the employee experience and retention.
