Share Knowledge Post: A Share Knowledge post involves conveying information expertise to educate or inform others. When an employee shares a post, they earn +5 points and an additional +1 point for each like and comment on their post.

Share Idea Post: A Share Idea post involves presenting a creative plan or idea that you want others to participate in (possibly), and you would like to see that implemented in some way. When an employee shares a post, they earn +5 points and an additional +1 points for each comment on their post.
