Why does a scheduled survey not appear?

If a scheduled survey does not appear:

  • Check whether the survey launch date and time have arrived.
  • Verify that the affected employees are included in the participant list.
  • Verify that the survey is configured to send notifications.
  • Check whether survey notifications were sent successfully.
  • Verify that the survey status is “Active”.

If the survey still does not appear, contact support and provide the survey name and affected participant details.
