Why does the “Test API Credentials” verification fail in Okta?

 The verification may fail if:

• The base URL or token is incorrect.
• The SCIM server does not have a valid SSL certificate, which may cause Okta to reject the connection.
• The Okta connection configured in Engagedly has been deleted.
