Access, update, and manage goals

Goals are specific objectives employees aim to achieve within a set timeframe. They set clear expectations, track progress, receive feedback, align with organizational objectives, and improve performance. Learn more in Introduction to Goals.

Navigate to Apps > Goals.

In “Goals”, perform the following actions in the Engagedly mobile app:

• View goals
• Update goals
• Add and manage comments
• View goals history

View goals

The “My Active Goals” tab displays all active goals along with their key results, duration, alignment, and visibility.

Tap a goal or key result to view its details, including contributors and attachments.

At the top right, 

• Tap the Filter icon to filter the goals by status.
• Tap the Search icon to search for goals.

Update goals

View goals and update their progress at any time.

1. In the “My Active Goals” tab, tap Check in on a key result.
2. Enter the updated value.
3. Enter your comment (optional) and tap Save.
   

Add and manage comments

Add comments on a goal or key result to initiate a conversation on that.

1. Tap a goal or key result.
2. Enter your comment in the “Comments” field, and tap the Send icon to post it.

3. To manage a comment, press and hold it, then select Edit or Delete as required.

View goal history

Displays all updates and changes made to a goal from its creation date.

Tap a goal to open the “Goal Details” page.

Tap the History icon at the top right to view the goal history from its creation date.
