Manage a goal

After you create a goal, you can track progress, update it, and manage it. The Goals page organizes your goals into three tabs: My goals, Assigned by me, and Drafts, each giving you quick access to the goals relevant to your role.

Navigate to Apps > Goals.

My goals

Displays all active goals assigned to you, along with their goal level, duration, measurement type, progress, and next update due date.

• To view goal details: Tap a goal to open it. You can view contributors, key results, and attachments.
• To update goal progress: Tap Update on a goal card. Enter the updated value, add an optional comment, and tap Save.
• To filter or search goals: Use the Filter icon or the Search icon at the top right.

• To expand contributors: Tap Contributors on a goal card to view the key results and contributing goals linked to it.
• To add comments: Tap a goal to open it. Enter your comments in the text field, use @ to add others to discuss your goal with them, and click the Send icon.
• To manage your goal: Tap the Overflow Menu on a goal card.

• • Edit: Update the goal details and save it.
  • Delete: Remove your goal.

Assigned by me

Displays all goals you have assigned to others.

• To manage an assigned goal: Tap the Overflow Menu on a goal card.
  The following options are available:

• • Edit: Update the goal details.
  • Nudge: Send a reminder to the goal owner to update their progress.
  • Delete: Remove the goal.

Drafts

Displays all goals you have saved as drafts. Draft goals are not yet published and are visible only to you.

• To manage a draft goal: Tap the Overflow Menu on a goal card.
  The following options are available:

• • Edit: Update the goal details before publishing.
  • Submit: Publish the draft goal.
  • Delete: Remove the draft goal.
