Add and manage learning categories

Admins and learning managers can add and manage categories to organize relevant courses and learning paths.

Prerequisites

To create categories, admins must first enable “Course categories”.

Navigate to Apps > Learning > Settings.

Add a category

  1. Go to Categories and then click + ADD.

     2.  Enter the category title and description and click ADD.

Manage a category

  1. Go to Categories and hover over the category you want to manage.
  2. Click the Edit edit grey-3, Delete Delete Grey, or Pin Pin grey icon.

📒Notes:

  • Pinning keeps a category at the top of the list.
  • If you delete a category, all its subcategories are converted into categories.
