Add and manage question categories in team pulse

A question category groups related questions under a specific topic. Categorize helps admins quickly locate and select relevant questions when configuring team pulse. Admins can add, edit, or delete categories as needed.

Add a category

Navigate to Apps > Team Pulse > Settings > Categories.

  1. Click Add Category at the top right.
  2. Enter the category name.
  3. Click Save.

Manage a category

  1. Hover over a category.
  2. Click the Pen Master Component-10 icon to modify the category name.
  3. Click the Delete Delete Grey icon to remove the category.

📒Note: When you delete a category, the questions in that category remain available under the “Uncategorized” section.
