Add Contributors/Cascade my Goal

You can add contributors to the goal and assign weights using the Cascade feature. 

• Click Create.
• Enter the Goal, Period, Start Date, End Date.
• Select the Measure Type: Percentage or Quantity. Note: If you select Quantity type, enter the Unit and set a Target value for your goal.
• Select goal Category.
• Set the frequency of notification using the Notify options.
• Select 'Cascade'. 
• Click Save and add contributors.
  
• Search for contributors or add from the employees listed.
• Check 'Enable Weighting' if you wish to assign weights to each contributor.
• Assign weights adding up to 100% across all contributors.
• Click Submit.
  
• View and track the status of all the goals cascaded by you in the Assigned/ Cascaded by me tab.
