Add Contributors/Cascade my Goal
Navigation: Home > Goals > Overview
You can add contributors to the goal and assign weights using the Cascade feature.
- Click Create.
- Enter the Goal, Period, Start Date, End Date.
- Select the Measure Type: Percentage or Quantity. Note: If you select Quantity type, enter the Unit and set a Target value for your goal.
- Select goal Category.
- Set the frequency of notification using the Notify options.
- Select 'Cascade'.
- Click Save and add contributors.
- Search for contributors or add from the employees listed.
- Check 'Enable Weighting' if you wish to assign weights to each contributor.
- Assign weights adding up to 100% across all contributors.
- Click Submit.
- View and track the status of all the goals cascaded by you in the Assigned/ Cascaded by me tab.
