Add training courses to a performance review

Admins can add training courses to help employees and reviewers include them in performance reviews.

These courses support employee development by allowing:

  • Reviewers to recommend relevant courses to employees.
  • Employees to explore and take courses on their own.

If any courses are relevant to employees, reviewers can recommend them to employees. Employees can also take these courses by themselves.

If your organization is subscribed to Engagedly's Learning module, all courses and learning paths created there are automatically visible during the review process, making it easier to recommend or enroll in relevant training.

Add a training course

You can add courses in two ways.

Option 1: Navigate to Settings > Performance.

  1. Under “Training Recommendations Library”, click ADD COURSE.
  2. Follow the same steps listed in option 2.

Option 2: Navigate to Apps > Performance > Trainings.

  1. Click Create.

  2.   Enter the course name and description.

  3.   Enter the text to display the URL, and enter the course URL.

  4.   Enter the category name and press enter on your keyboard to save it.

  5.   Click ADD.

Manage a training course

After adding a course, manage it if required.

  1. Click the Overflow Overflow Menu-Nov-20-2023-05-10-31-0841-AM Menu on the right side of a course.
  2. Select Edit or Delete.
