### **1. Introduction**

Engagedly’s mobile app offers a holistic experience, allowing admins to perform frequent actions at any time. The app focuses on the employee perspective, but also provides specific admin functionalities within the Social, [Team Pulse](https://help.engagedly.com/admin-features-in-the-mobile-app#team-pulse), [Growth](https://help.engagedly.com/admin-features-in-the-mobile-app#Growth), and [Resources](https://help.engagedly.com/admin-features-in-the-mobile-app#resources) modules.

Visit Employee Features in Mobil[Employee Features in Mobile](https://help.engagedly.com/engagedly-mobile-app?hsLang=en#employees-features-in-mobile)e to learn more about the actions employees can perform in these apps.

Explore the tabs based on your role:

- My Pulse (Employees): View your app-based features.
- My Entire Team (Managers): View direct reports and the secondary team.
- My Org (Admins): View all employees in the organization.

### **2. Social**

Pin important posts to keep them visible at the top of the social feed.

Navigate to **Social** at the bottom of the screen.

1. Tap the **Overflow ![Overflow Menu-Nov-20-2023-05-10-31-0841-AM](https://help.engagedly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Overflow%20Menu-Nov-20-2023-05-10-31-0841-AM.png?width=20&height=20&name=Overflow%20Menu-Nov-20-2023-05-10-31-0841-AM.png) Menu** on the post and then select **Pin Post**.

### **3. Team Pulse**

Team Pulse helps you gather real-time feedback from employees through thought-provoking questions. Learn more in [Introduction to Team Pulse](https://help.engagedly.com/introduction-to-team-pulse?hsLang=en).

#### **Your actions**

Navigate to **Apps \> Team Pulse**.

In “Team Pulse”, perform the following actions in the Enagedly mobile app:

- Review employees’ responses and managers’ reviews.
- View the response history of each question.
- Add comments to initiate a conversation on each question.
- Download individual question reports.

Navigate to **Apps \> Team Pulse \> My Org**.

At the top right:

- Tap the **Search ![Search-2](https://help.engagedly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Search-2.png?width=25&height=30&name=Search-2.png)** icon to find employees by name.
- Tap the **Filter ![Filters-1](https://help.engagedly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Filters-1.png?width=25&height=30&name=Filters-1.png)** icon to sort employees by response status.
- Tap the **Period** drop-down and select a period to view responses for a specific time.

#### **Review responses**

After employees submit their responses, submit your review.

1. Select an employee whose status is “Review Pending”.

  2.   Review the employee’s response and their manager's review for each question.

  3.   Tap **Mark as Reviewed**.

**📒Note:** Responses to private and anonymous questions are not visible on the mobile app.

#### **View response history**

View the employee’s response and manager’s review for each past submission.

1. Tap **View History** on a question.
2. View the employee’s response and manager’s review.

#### **Add comments**

Comment on employees' or managers’ responses for each question to initiate a conversation about a particular question.

1. Tap **Comment** on a question.
2. Enter your comment and tap the **Send ![send (1)-1](https://help.engagedly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/send%20(1)-1.png?width=20&height=20&name=send%20(1)-1.png)**icon.

#### **Download reports**

You can download the employees’ responses for reference.

1. Tap **View History** on a question.
2. Tap the **Download ![Download-1](https://help.engagedly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Download-1.png?width=25&height=30&name=Download-1.png)** icon at the top right.

### **4. Growth**

The Growth module helps you optimize talent management, drive employee development, and contribute to the organization's success. Learn more in [Introduction to Growth](https://help.engagedly.com/introduction-to-growth?hsLang=en).

#### **Your actions**

Navigate to **Apps \> Growth**.

In “Growth”, perform the following actions in the Engagedly mobile app:

- Create and manage IDPs.
- Search and filter IDPs.
- Praise and share feedback on IDPs.
- Add and manage milestones in IDPs.
- Add texts, resources, and attachments to milestones.
- View responses to the career aspiration survey.
- View response history.

#### **Create IDPs**

Navigate to **Apps \> Growth \> My Org**.

1. Select an employee and tap the **Plus ![Plus Icon](https://help.engagedly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Plus%20Icon.png?width=31&height=30&name=Plus%20Icon.png)** icon at the top.
2. Enter the necessary details and tap **Save**.

#### **Manage IDPs**

1. Tap the **Overflow ![Overflow Menu-Nov-20-2023-05-10-31-0841-AM](https://help.engagedly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Overflow%20Menu-Nov-20-2023-05-10-31-0841-AM.png?width=20&height=20&name=Overflow%20Menu-Nov-20-2023-05-10-31-0841-AM.png) Menu** at the top right of each IDP to:

- Add milestones
- Mark as complete
- Edit IDP
- Put on hold
- Delete

  2.   Add texts, attachments, courses, or learning paths to milestones (optional).

  3.   To manage milestones, edit, delete, or mark milestones as complete.

**📒Note:** You can edit or delete employees' IDPs only if you create them.

#### **Search and filter IDPs**

1. Select an employee.
2. At the top right:

- Tap the **Search ![Search-2](https://help.engagedly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Search-2.png?width=25&height=30&name=Search-2.png)** icon to find IDPs.
- Tap the **Filter ![Filters-1](https://help.engagedly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Filters-1.png?width=25&height=30&name=Filters-1.png)** icon to sort IDPs by status.

#### **Praise and share feedback on IDPs**

When employees make progress on their IDPs, share feedback or praise to keep them motivated.

1. Select an employee.
2. Next to the employee’s name:

- Tap the **Praise ![praise](https://help.engagedly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/praise.png?width=30&height=30&name=praise.png)** icon to publicly praise.
- Tap the **Write Feedback ![Share Feedback](https://help.engagedly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Share%20Feedback.png?width=30&height=30&name=Share%20Feedback.png)** icon to share feedback.

#### **View responses to the career aspiration survey**

When you launch a career aspiration survey, employees receive a notification to submit their responses.

After they respond:

1. Select an employee.
2. Tap **Career** **Aspirations** to view their responses.

#### **View response history**

If you are a manager, you receive a notification when your team members update their responses to the role satisfaction question.

1. Select an employee and tap **Career** **Aspirations**.
2. Tap **View History** on a question to view previous responses for that question.

### **5. Resources**

Resources serve as a document repository to store, organize, and access various documents in your organization. You can efficiently view and download them on your mobile. Learn more in [Resources](https://help.engagedly.com/add-files-and-folders-in-resources?hsLang=en).

Navigate to **Apps \> Resources**.

#### **Search and view files**

View files in the grid or list view.

- Tap a folder to view its files.
- Tap a file to open it.
- Tap the **Search ![undefined-Oct-13-2025-02-50-46-3113-PM](https://help.engagedly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Oct-13-2025-02-50-46-3113-PM.png?width=25&height=30&name=undefined-Oct-13-2025-02-50-46-3113-PM.png)** icon at the top right to find resources by name.
- Tap the **Sort ![Sort](https://help.engagedly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Sort.png?width=25&height=30&name=Sort.png)** icon at the top right to sort files and folders alphabetically, in reverse, or by updated date.

📒**Note:** Employees view files and folders in the order you sort them. 

#### **Add a file or folder**

1. Tap the **Plus ![Plus Icon](https://help.engagedly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Plus%20Icon.png?width=31&height=30&name=Plus%20Icon.png)** icon at the top.
2. Select any one option as required.

- **Add file:** Select a file from your gallery or device.
- **Add folder:** Enter a name and tap **Create**.

#### **Manage a file or folder**

1. Tap the **Overflow ![undefined-Oct-13-2025-02-50-05-3216-PM](https://help.engagedly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Oct-13-2025-02-50-05-3216-PM.png?width=20&height=20&name=undefined-Oct-13-2025-02-50-05-3216-PM.png) Menu** on a file or folder.
2. Select **Rename** or **Delete** as required.
