Automate learning
Admins use automation to trigger workflows within the organization. These workflows run automatically based on defined conditions. Learn more in Configure automation workflows.
Automating courses and learning path assignments helps admins streamline training, save time, ensure consistent content delivery, and track learner progress and completion.
Admins can add workflows to automatically assign courses and learning paths to employees.
Admins can assign the “Manage workflows” permission to any employee, allowing them to manage all workflows and view all courses and learning paths during assignment.
📒Note: Employees with only the “Manage workflows” permission cannot add or edit courses or learning paths. They must have the Engagedly Learning app permission.
Learn more in the Overview of user management to assign roles and permissions.
Contact our support team for documentation on each role and its capabilities.
