Award points and badges

Employees can award anyone in the organization, including peers, managers, and senior leaders. Engagedly’s rewards help recognize achievements and incentivize valuable contributions. Learn more in Introduction to Rewards.

Navigate to Apps > Rewards.

View your rewards

You can view your earned points and badges, available points to award colleagues, and the leaderboard rankings.

• Tap Earned Points to view activities that earned you points.
• Tap Earned Badges to view your badges.
• Tap Available Points to check the points you can award.
• Tap Store, select Tango or Organization, and then tap Redeem Now on any gifts or vouchers you want to redeem.

• Tap Orders to view your redemption history.
• Tap View more next to “Leaderboard” to view employee rankings.

Award points

Recognize your colleagues for their contributions, achievements, or efforts.

1. Tap Award at the bottom.
2. Select Points or Badges as required.

View the number of points you can award and the due date at the top.

  3.   Search and select the employees you want to reward.

  4.   Based on your selection in step 2, perform one of the following:

• • Points: Enter the points.
  • Badge: Select a badge and enter the points.

  5.   Enter the reason for the award.

  6.   Search and select employees to notify about this reward (optional).

  7.   Toggle the button to notify employees via email about the reward.

  8.   Tap Award.
