Can I delete any workflow I no longer need?

You can only delete workflows that are in draft status, meaning they were created but never published. You cannot delete active, inactive, and deprecated workflows. If you want to stop an active workflow permanently, deprecate it. If you want to stop it temporarily, mark it as inactive.
