Configure Marissa and agent settings

Marissa, Engagedly’s AI-powered assistant, helps admins, managers, and employees access information and interact with the platform. Marissa answers employee queries, summarizes reviews, and provides actionable insights across various apps.

Admins can view the key metrics on Marissa’s usage and engagement within your organization.

App access

Only admins can configure access to Marissa AI.

Navigate to Settings > Marissa AI > Overview.

  1. Use the toggle to enable or disable Marissa AI Access.
  2. Select one of the following options:
    • Everyone: Grants access to all employees in the organization.
    • Custom: Grants access only to selected employees or specific employee fields.
      • After selecting “Custom”, click Add Rules to define access criteria.
      • Select the required rule type, action, and value.
      • Click Save after adding the rules.

Agent configurations

Enable or disable app-specific AI agents based on your organization’s requirements. Each agent provides contextual support and data-driven insights for the respective app.

📒Note: The agent configurations are available only when “Marissa AI Access” is enabled.

Available agents include:

  • Marissa Chat Agent: Enables chat-based assistance for all employees in the organization.
  • Performance Agent: Simplifies the review process to help employees write self-reviews and provide leaders with actionable insights.
  • Multirater Agent: Provides 360 Feedback summaries and reports to track growth and identify development areas.
  • Meeting Notetaker Agent: Records meetings and provides organized notes and insights, allowing you to focus on the discussion.

Navigate to Settings > Marissa AI > Overview.

  1. Under "App-wise agent configurations", use the toggle next to the agent to enable or disable it.
