Create and manage IDPs

Growth empowers employees to take ownership of their development, progress in their careers, and achieve personal and professional success. Learn more in Introduction to Growth.

Navigate to Apps > Growth.

In “Growth”, perform the following actions in the Engagedly mobile app:

  • Create IDPs
  • View your IDPs
  • Manage IDPs
  • Submit career aspiration survey
  • Edit your responses
  • View response history

Create IDPs

  1. Tap the Plus Plus Icon icon at the top.
  2. Enter the title, description, start date, and end date.
  3. Tap Save.

View your IDPs

After creating IDPs, view them in the “My IDP” tab.

Navigate to Apps > Growth > My IDP.

Use icons at the top right,

  • Filter: Filter IDPs by status.
  • Search: Search IDPs by keywords.
  • Bulb: to learn about the growth process, watch an overview video of IDPs, and download best practices.

Manage IDPs

  1. Tap the Overflow Overflow Menu-Nov-20-2023-05-10-31-0841-AM Menu at the top right of each IDP to:
  • Add milestones
  • Mark as complete
  • Edit IDP
  • Put on hold
  • Delete

  2.   Add texts, attachments, courses, or learning paths to milestones (optional).

  3.   To manage milestones, edit, delete, or mark milestones as complete.

📒Note: You can edit or delete the IDPs your manager or admin creates for you.

Submit career aspiration survey

When admins launch the survey, you receive a notification in the Engagedly mobile app.

  1. Tap the notification to open the survey page or go to Apps > Growth > My IDP.
  2. On the “Career Aspiration” pop-up, tap Start.
  3. Tap Next to move to the next question.
  4. Tap Submit to finish.

Edit survey responses

Navigate to Apps > Growth > My IDP > My Aspirations.

  1. Tap the Edit Edit Icon icon next to a question.
  2. Edit your response and tap Submit.

📒Note: Your manager receives a notification if you edit your response to the role satisfaction question.

View response history

Navigate to Apps > Growth > My IDP > My Aspirations.

  1. Tap View History on a question.
  2. Review your responses for each question.

Note: You cannot edit your responses here.
