Create and manage meeting template
Meeting templates help streamline discussions, improve productivity, and ensure important topics are not missed. They provide structure, maintain focus, and maximize efficiency. Templates clarify objectives, allocate time effectively, and guide participants through discussion points, saving time, ensuring consistency, and keeping meetings organized.
Engagedly offers predefined templates designed by industry experts, which are available in “Engagedly Templates”.
Employees, managers, and admins can create personal templates, which are saved in “My Templates” and are accessible only to them.
Admins can create org templates tailored to the organization's needs and push them to the library, making them accessible to all employees.
After creating templates, manage them if required.
