Create and manage notes

Create notes for your reference and share them with others. You can create a note about any employee and share it with anyone in your organization.

Navigate to Apps > Notes.

Create notes

  1. At the bottom of the screen, tap the Plus Quick-Actions-Button-2 icon.
  2. Select Quick Note.
  3. Search for the employees the note is about and tap Select.
  4. Search for the employees you want to share the note with.
  5. Enter the description and tap SAVE.

Access notes

  1. View all notes you have created and that are shared with you.
  2. Tap a note to view its information.

Manage notes

  1. Tap a note.
  2. Tap the Overflow undefined-Oct-13-2025-03-12-55-5313-PM Menu and select Edit or Delete as required.

📒Note: You can manage only the notes that you create.
