Delete a workflow

Admins can delete workflows that are in “Draft” status. Draft workflows are unpublished and you cannot activate them.

Navigate to Apps > Workflow > Workflows.

  1. Open the Draft tab.
  2. Locate the workflow you want to delete.
  3. On the workflow card, click the Overflow Overflow Menu-Nov-20-2023-05-10-31-0841-AM Menu.
  4. Select Delete.

⚠️Warning: Deleting a workflow permanently removes it from the system. You cannot recover a deleted workflow.
