Deprecate a workflow

Deprecating a workflow retains it for historical reference while making it permanently unavailable for use.

Navigate to Apps > Workflow > Workflows.

  1. Locate the workflow you want to deprecate.
  2. On the workflow card, click the Overflow Overflow Menu-Nov-20-2023-05-10-31-0841-AM Menu.
  3. Select Mark as Deprecated.
  4. Click Deprecate to confirm.

📒Notes:

  • You can deprecate only active workflows.
  • You cannot activate or reuse a deprecated workflow.
