Do managers or business unit (BU) leaders have access to engagement survey responses through the manager dashboard?

No. By default, managers and business unit (BU) leaders do not have access to the manager dashboard in engagement survey.
To enable this feature, contact our support team. After the feature is enabled for your organization, survey admins can select "Allow managers to view responses" when creating an engagement survey.
