Enable and access workflow

Workflow helps organizations automate repetitive business processes and reduce manual effort. To get started, enable the app and access the “Overview” page, which opens as the default page for managing all workflow activities.

Enable workflow

Ensure your organization has an active workflow subscription. After you subscribe, an admin must contact our support team to enable workflow for your organization.

Access the overview page

Once you enable the workflow, you can access the overview page to begin managing all workflow activities.

Navigate to Apps > Workflow.

The “Overview” page opens as the default page.

The overview page provides a centralized view of workflow activities in your organization. From this page, you can create workflows, access workflow templates, and monitor workflow execution activity, all in one place.

Key sections of the overview page

Build and manage workflows

Use the “Build & Manage Workflows” section to create and manage workflows. Provides a quick overview of workflow activity, including the total number of workflows, active workflows, and workflows in draft status.

Click Create Workflow to build a new workflow.

You are redirected to the workflow builder page.

Start from a template

Use the “Start from a Template” section to create workflows from prebuilt templates. Templates help you get started quickly with common business processes. Browse available templates, explore featured templates, and review newly added templates before creating a workflow.

Click Browse Templates to browse prebuilt templates.

📒Note: The “Templates” functionality is planned for an upcoming release.

Track executions

Use the “Track Executions” section to monitor workflow activity. Provides visibility into workflow executions, including workflows that occurred today, workflows that failed today, and workflows that are currently running.

Click View Executions to review execution details and investigate workflow issues.
