# Explore and enroll in learnings

Learning empowers employees to take ownership of their learning and development, acquiring new skills and knowledge relevant to their roles. It encourages continuous learning, innovation, and contributes to job satisfaction. Learn more in [Introduction to Learning](https://help.engagedly.com/introduction-to-learning?hsLang=en).

In “Learning”, perform the following actions in the Engagedly mobile app:

- My learning
- Enroll learning
- Explore learnings and view calendar
- Add and manage review
- Unenroll from learning

#### **My learning**

You receive an in-app notification and a pending action if a course is assigned to you.

Navigate to **Apps \> Learning \> My Learning**.

The “My Learning” tab displays all your active courses and learning paths.

View the learning title, progress, and author for each learning.

Tap **Start** to begin learning or **Resume** to continue.

#### **Enroll in learning**

In the “My Learning” tab, tap a learning to view its information.

Each learning has the following tabs:

- Contents: Sections and units of the course with titles, duration, and status
- Reviews: Course reviews
- Info: Course information and description

Tap **Enroll Now** to enroll in it.

After enrolling:

- Tap each unit in the“Contents” tabto start learning.
- Tap **Mark Unit as Complete** after finishing a unit.
- Complete quizzes and submit responses if included.
- Register for training sessions if the author adds them.

#### **Explore learnings and view calendar**

- Tap the **Explore ![Explore](https://help.engagedly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Explore.png?width=28&height=30&name=Explore.png)** icon to view all courses in your organization.
- Tap the **Calendar ![calendar](https://help.engagedly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/calendar.png?width=25&height=30&name=calendar.png)** icon to view your learning schedule and due dates.
- Tap the **Sort ![Sort](https://help.engagedly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Sort.png?width=25&height=30&name=Sort.png)** icon to organize learnings into active or completed.
- Tap the **Search ![undefined-Oct-13-2025-03-13-40-2021-PM](https://help.engagedly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Oct-13-2025-03-13-40-2021-PM.png?width=25&height=30&name=undefined-Oct-13-2025-03-13-40-2021-PM.png)** icon to find learning by title.

#### **Add and manage review**

1. In the “Reviews” tab, tap **Add review** if admins enable course reviews.
2. Give ratings, enter your comments, and tap **Submit**.
3. Enable **Be Anonymous** (optional).

To manage your review:

Tap the **Overflow ![undefined-Oct-13-2025-04-36-03-5117-PM](https://help.engagedly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Oct-13-2025-04-36-03-5117-PM.png?width=20&height=20&name=undefined-Oct-13-2025-04-36-03-5117-PM.png) Menu** on your review and select **Edit** or **Delete**.

📒**Note:** You can manage only your reviews.

#### **Unenroll from learning**

Tap a learning you are enrolled in.

Tap the **Overflow ![undefined-Oct-13-2025-03-12-55-5313-PM](https://help.engagedly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Oct-13-2025-03-12-55-5313-PM.png?width=20&height=20&name=undefined-Oct-13-2025-03-12-55-5313-PM.png) Menu** at the top right and select **Unenroll**.

**📒Note:** You cannot unenroll from the learning assigned to you.
