Getting started with learning agent

The learning agent helps employees, managers, and admins discover, track, and manage learning effectively. The agent displays enrolled courses and learning paths, summarizes progress across completed, pending, ongoing, and overdue learnings, and surfaces the top-rated and least-rated courses in the library.

The agent retrieves content by course name, author, or learning path, and recommends relevant content based on individual learning history, team learning patterns, and related topics searched in the library. It also lists content from integrated learning apps, enabling admins to monitor adoption, track progress across teams, and ensure that learning aligns with organizational objectives while supporting individual growth.
