Getting started with performance agent

The performance agent helps employees, managers, and admins track, monitor, and improve employee performance reviews. It delivers real-time insights, highlights areas that need attention, and empowers leaders to take actions that drive business impact.

The agent shows performance by department, role, and review cycle, displays review completion rates, and presents rating distributions with detailed breakdowns. It identifies high performers, highlights employee risk categories, and provides ratings by factors such as gender, ethnicity, and management level. The agent also compares assigned versus completed reviews, lists available cycles (focal, work anniversary, hire, archived, and halted), and summarizes past reviews.
