Getting started with recognition agent

The recognition agent helps you celebrate achievements and track recognition across your organization. It answers queries about praises, points, and rewards, and provides quick access to recognition reports and analytics.

The agent generates praise or award points for anyone in the organization and provides insights into recognition trends. It answers questions such as how many praises employees gave in a month, who received the most points, and whether you can generate a report on rewards.

You can also track your activity, such as viewing the points or praises you recently received. This makes it a simple and effective way to appreciate others and stay informed about recognition across the organization.

Access Marissa

Click the Marissa icon, enter a prompt, and click the Send  icon.

You can access Marissa anywhere on the platform and move it anywhere on your screen.
