Add Skills to my Team Members

Navigation: Home > Talent Profiles

• Under Members, select the team member whose skill assessments you want to view.
• Navigate to the Skill Assessments section.
• Click the Manage Skills button.
• Click on Add More Skills.
• Search and select the skill you want to add.
• Click on Add.
• Assess the skill you added using the dropdown.
• Click Submit to complete adding the skill.
