How are section ratings calculated in the performance review?

Admins can enable different rating scales for each section within a template.

The system automatically calculates the following:

• Section rating: The average score of all questions and sub-questions within that section.
• Final rating: The weighted average of all section ratings, normalized based on the rating scale defined in the cycle settings, which serves as the primary reference point. This ensures consistent and fair evaluation across all sections.

If the custom rating scale is disabled for a section, the rating scale defined in the cycle settings applies to that section.
