How do admins make peer feedback voluntary in a 360 feedback review?

To keep peer feedback voluntary, configure the following settings in the “NOMINATION CONFIGURATION”:

• Enable "Allow anyone in the organization to voluntarily nominate themselves to give feedback" so peers can opt in on their own.
• Enable "Allow respondents to decline feedback requests" so nominated peers can still opt out.
• Deselect "Peers" under "Set the default nominations to be" from the default nominations so peer reviewers are not auto-assigned.
• Select "Employees, Managers & HR/Admin” to allow employees to nominate their own peers under "Who can nominate respondents".
