How does the system calculate 360 feedback scores?

The calculation type determines how the system combines feedback scores to calculate the overall score.

• All Responses Average: All answers across all questions have equal weight in the overall score. Question and section scores are the same as those calculated using Individual Rater Response Average.
• Individual Rater Response Average: The system calculates the average of all individual responses. Each response has equal weight.
• Respondent Group Average: The system first calculates the average score for each respondent group and then averages the group scores. Each respondent group has equal weight. For more information, refer to the Calculation approach guide.
