How does user synchronization work in Butterfly?

The system performs a one-time manual sync from the backend during onboarding. After the sync completes, the team enables Butterfly through Sanatan. When roles change, the system runs a daily sync or an on-demand sync. In the future, the system will support real-time synchronization.
