How does user synchronization work in Butterfly?

During onboarding, Butterfly performs a one-time sync to pull all employees from Engagedly.

When an employee's role changes, Butterfly updates the change immediately. Butterfly syncs changes to the team structure once a day.

In the future, Butterfly will support real-time synchronization for team structure.
