How is the importance rating calculated?
The importance percentage represents the proportion of submitted responses that mark an item as important.
Importance % = (Raters who checked the item ÷ Raters who submitted the form) × 100
Example: If five raters submit the form and three mark a competency as important, the importance percentage is 60% (3 ÷ 5 × 100).
The calculation excludes raters who have not submitted their forms or who declined or opted out of participation.
