1. Introduction

Microsoft Outlook (MS Outlook) is an email and calendar application within the Microsoft 365 workspace. It allows users to manage emails, schedule meetings, organize tasks, and keep track of contacts, making it essential for both personal and professional communication and planning.

Integrating MS Outlook with Engagedly allows employees to interact with Actionable Messages (AM) within the MS Outlook interface. These messages include interactive elements, enabling employees to perform actions without leaving MS Outlook.

2. Integration

If your organization uses MS Outlook as an email application and purchases the Engagedly application, employees will automatically start receiving notifications in MS Outlook without needing any integration or configuration settings.

3. After integration

After integrating with Engagedly, employees receive MS Outlook notifications for specific events in the Engagedly modules and can perform the following actions within MS Outlook.
