Launch a growth program
The growth launch program helps admins collect key employee development information from day zero, ensuring employees start using the growth hub immediately.
Why to launch
- Capture employees' skills, interests, and career goals from Day 0.
- Provide admins with employee data to personalize development plans.
- Improve engagement and participation in growth activities.
- Gain insights into skill gaps and career planning.
- Promote a culture of growth and learning across the organization.
Set up launch
Admins configure a one-time launch setup to send the day zero email to employees.
- Review and edit the launch email (subject and message).
- Schedule the launch date.
- Select the target audience (all employees or selected groups).
- Set up reminder intervals for follow-up emails.
Once configured, the system:
- Sends the launch email on the scheduled day.
- Allows to relaunch later for additional audiences if required.
📒Note: By default, CXOs, admins, and employees without managers are excluded from the launch email template.
Best practices
- Personalize the email subject line to increase participation.
- Target specific groups if required (for example, new hires).
- Schedule reminders at strategic intervals after launch.
- Monitor completion rates.
- Relaunch for pending audiences.
How to launch
Navigate to Apps > Growth > Settings.
- Scroll down to the “Growth launch settings”.
- Click Set-up Launch Email.

3. Review the subject and date and edit them if required.
4. Click Everyone Selected, customize your selection, and click Save.
5. Review the message and edit it if required.
6. Click Launch at the bottom right.
Employees receive an automated email and in-app notifications to complete their growth profile.
Set up reminders
Set up a recurring reminder email for employees who have not submitted the growth profile.
Click Set-up Reminder Email and follow the prompts.
View history and track progress
Track which employees have completed their growth profiles and review the reminder email history to view who received notifications and when.
Navigate to Settings > Talent Management.
- Scroll down to the “Growth launch settings”.
- Click View History and then click Send Reminder.
- Enter the message and click Send.
