Manage dashboard activities in a 360 feedback cycle
Admins and individuals with “Manage multirater reviews” permission can manage dashboard activities in a 360 feedback cycle.
You can learn how to:
- Manage participants

- Manager actions
Navigate to Apps > 360 Feedback > Cycles.
- Click Manage on the right side of a cycle that you want to manage.
- Go to the Dashboard to perform the following actions as required.
Manager participants
- Click MANAGE PARTICIPANTS and select one of the following as required:

- Add: Add more reviewees to the cycle.
- Remove: Remove reviewees from the cycle.
- Nominate: Nominate respondents.
- Import: Bulk import reviewees or reviewers using the template.

Bulk actions for reviewees
Perform bulk actions for all reviewees at once, such as assign or unassign a template, lock or unlock the feedback, nudge, and export reports.
Click ACTIONS and select the desired option.

Individual reviewee actions
Perform individual reviewee actions when required, such as view hierarchy, assign or unassign template, lock or unlock feedback, add or manage respondents, remove reviewee, and share or unshare report.
Click the Overflow
Menu on the right for a reviewee and select the desired option.

ℹ️Additional information
- View the hierarchy to understand the reviewee’s peers, managers, skip-level managers (if any), and employees added and excluded from the cycle.
- Feedback locks automatically after the cycle end date.
- When the feedback is locked, the respondents cannot submit their pending feedback or edit the submitted feedback. Unlock it at any time.
- When the feedback is locked, the “Unassign Template” option disappears.
- Remove a reviewee only when they should not participate in the cycle, in case of incorrect assignment, organizational changes, or employee exit.
- If manual report sharing is enabled during cycle configuration, you can manually share reports with employees and managers after the cycle ends.
⚠️Warning: If you unshare the report, reviewees and their managers cannot access it.
View submission status
Track the status of feedback responses for the cycle.
Click the Overflow
Menu on the right and select Show Submission Status.

Manage respondents
After respondents submit the feedback, admins can manage it if the comments are unsatisfactory.
📒Note: Admins can revoke feedback only in non-anonymous cycles when the review is submitted, and the feedback is not locked.
- Open the drop-down next to the reviewee’s name to view respondents.
- Click the Overflow
Menu for a respondent you want to manage. - Select one of the following:

- Revoke Feedback: Roll back the feedback submitted by the respondent.
- Remove Respondent: Remove the respondent from the cycle.
- Exclude from Report: Exclude the respondent from the feedback report.

Manager actions
During the cycle configuration, if admins allow managers, managers can perform certain actions.
Navigate to Apps > 360 Feedback > Overview, and click Manage for a cycle.
- Bulk actions
- Individual reviewee actions (except the action “Remove Employee”)
- View submission status
- Manage respondents (except actions “Revoke Feedback” and “Exclude from Report”)
