Overview of activity logs
Introduction
The activity log allows admins to track key actions performed across the platform. It includes:
- Audit logs: Record user actions such as updates, deletions, and configuration changes, including those from integrated HRIS platforms.
- Email activity: Track email notifications sent from the platform.
These logs promote transparency and accountability, support troubleshooting, and help keep employee data accurate and in sync.
📒Note: For employees synced or updated via an HRIS, the log displays the name of the platform used.
Access and export activity logs
You can access and export both the audit log and email activity.
Navigate to Settings > Activity Logs.
- Click either the Audit Log or Email Activity tab.
- Click the Overflow
Menu at the top right and select Export.
