Overview of billing details

Introduction

Only admins can access the billing section, which includes subscription, payment, invoice, and notification information.

Billing includes:

  • Subscription details: View subscribed packages and the next billing cycle.
  • Card details: Add or update the card used for automatic payments.
  • Billing address: Process payments and generate invoices.
  • Shipping address: Deliver physical items (if applicable).
  • Invoices: View detailed billing records, including purchased products and associated costs.
  • Billing notifications: Receive reminders for payment dues, transactions, and subscription updates.

Manage billing notifications

Configure billing notifications to send to:

  • All admins
  • A specific employee
  • A specific email address within your organization

📒Note: Employees with manage billing permissions receive all billing notifications by default.

To access billing details: Navigate to Settings > Billing.

Add or update card details, billing address, and shipping address as required.
