Quick actions in the mobile app

The mobile app allows you to perform common tasks quickly without navigating to different modules. Use quick actions to save time and stay productive.

1. Open the mobile application.

2. At the bottom of the screen, tap the Plus icon.

3. Perform additional actions as required:

• • Post: Create a post on the social feed.
  • Quick Note: Create a personal note for your reference.
  • Share Feedback: Available only if the Feedback module is enabled. Give feedback about your colleagues or seniors.
  • Note: Create a note and share it with any employee.
  • Request Feedback: Available only if the Feedback module is enabled. Request feedback about yourself or others from anyone in the organization.
  • Praise: Praise anyone in the organization and post it on Social.
  • Create IDP: Available only if the Growth module is enabled. Create an Individual Development Plan (IDP).
