Request a resolution in a performance review

After the manager submits their review, their team members can view their ratings and comments (if manager review visibility is enabled).

Employees also receive notifications to sign off on their review (if enabled). If employees disagree with their manager's ratings or comments, they can request a resolution. This allows employees to raise concerns and seek clarification before the review is finalized.

Access your review form

Access the review form in any of the following ways:

  • From the "Dashboard", click Start under pending actions.
  • Click the Bell Bell Grey-3 icon at the top right and select the performance review notification.
  • Open the review email notification and click View.
  • Navigate to Apps > Performance > My Reviews, and then click Sign-Off under “Ongoing Reviews”.

Request a resolution

  1. Open the review form.
  2. Scroll down to the “Sign Off” section.
  3. Click REQUEST RESOLUTION.

  4.   Enter your comments and click SUBMIT.

After you submit your request:

  • The admin receives a notification and rolls back your manager’s review.
  • Your manager revises their ratings and comments and resubmits the review.
  • You receive a new notification to sign off on the updated review.

If you agree with the revised review, complete the sign-off process (if enabled).
