At any point in the goal cycle, goal owners can proactively request feedback from their managers or cross-functional team members involved in a common project to gain clarity, align expectations, and improve performance.
Managers can then share timely, contextual feedback on ongoing goals, helping individuals stay on track and continuously improve. This two-way feedback loop strengthens accountability and promotes a culture of open communication around performance objectives.
